Freezers, I believe everyone should be familiar with them. Supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, etc. can be seen everywhere. However, after the use of freezers for a long time, many users will encounter some problems more or less, such as: no refrigeration, poor refrigeration effect, condensation, loud noise, etc. In order to let everyone understand the causes of freezer failures and how to deal with them, today I will introduce three common freezer failure analysis and treatment methods:
Freezers, I believe everyone should be familiar with them. Supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, etc. can be seen everywhere. However, after the use of freezers for a long time, many users will encounter some problems more or less, such as: no refrigeration, poor refrigeration effect, condensation, loud noise, etc. In order to let everyone understand the causes of freezer failures and how to deal with them, today I will introduce three common freezer failure analysis and treatment methods:
Fault one: poor cooling effect:
(1) Performance: The temperature sensing tube of the thermostat is far away from the evaporator, or the temperature sensing tube sleeve is frozen; Treatment method: adjust the position of the temperature sensing tube and approach the surface of the evaporator;
(2) Performance: improper setting or failure of the thermostat; processing method: reasonable adjustment or replacement of the new thermostat;
(3) Performance: too many products are stored, the freezer is opened frequently or the door opening time is too long; Treatment method: place the products in an appropriate amount and evenly, reduce the number of fast closing doors, and close the cabinet door tightly;
(4) Performance: The external environment temperature is too high or the air circulation is not smooth; Treatment method: Place the freezer in a position with good ventilation effect, and leave enough heat dissipation space around;
(5) Performance: the door seal is not strict; Treatment method: adjustment or replacement;
(6) performance: evaporator surface frost is too thick; treatment method: analysis of frost causes and treatment, regular defrosting work;
(7) Performance: evaporator degassing; Treatment method: replace the box;
(8) Performance: refrigerant leakage or insufficient; Treatment method: supplement refrigerant and repair welding, replace the box body when internal leakage;
(9) Performance: low compressor efficiency; treatment method: replace the compressor;
(10) performance: filter clogging; treatment: replace the new filter.
Fault 2: freezer body condensation:
Cause analysis: ① environmental humidity is too high, the temperature is too high; ② freezer inside and outside the temperature difference is too large; ③ insulation performance is not good or the door vacuum is not enough.
Solution: ① Accelerate the air flow and improve the environment appropriately (e. g. place the freezer where the air conditioner or fan can blow);② properly adjust the thermostat to reduce the temperature difference between inside and outside; ③ replace the box or door.
Fault three: noise:
(1) Cause analysis: the base is placed uneven or the cabinet is not adjusted smoothly; Solution: Place the freezer on a flat and solid position on the ground and readjust it smoothly;
(2) Cause analysis: parts in the body collide and loosen; Solution: tighten the screw and adjust the corresponding parts;
(3) Cause analysis: When the compressor is working, friction between the pipeline and the cabinet will cause co-shock; Solution: Adjust the pipeline position to avoid friction or co-shock;
(4) Cause analysis: the compressor foot fixing screws are too loose, too tight or the shock-absorbing rubber pad is too loose (or too tight), aging or lost; Solution: Adjust the tightness of the shock-absorbing rubber pad or replace it with a new rubber pad;
(5) Cause analysis: the hanging spring inside the compressor is unhooked or the seat spring is out of position, or the compressor is noisy; the solution: replace the compressor.
(6) Cause analysis: the fan shaft clearance is too large, the blade is blocked or the fan bracket is loose; Solution: Replace the fan, clean the surrounding obstacles or re-fix it.
